Welcome to Feloom! This is a Transport Management System (TMS) built to streamline and automate logistics operations for carriers, dispatchers, and transport businesses.

This Privacy Policy outlines how Feloom collects, uses, stores, shares, processes, and protects your personal information when you access or use our services — including the Feloom web platform, mobile applications, and related features (collectively, the “Service”). References to “Feloom,” “we,” or “us” include Feloom and its affiliates or subsidiaries. Any capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings assigned to them in our Terms of Use.

By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.Feloom may update this Privacy Policy periodically by posting revisions on this page and, when appropriate, notifying you via email. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.

“Personal Information” can be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you.

Personal Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number. Except where required by law, we do not consider Personal Information to include information an individual makes public through the Service or information about a device.

We collect all information that you provide including information you provide via the Services, your devices (e.g., computers, smartphones, tablets, and electronic logging devices), name, company address, email address, telephone number, and geo-location, as well as information we receive from self CRM and through the use of cookies, server logs, and other such technologies. If you are a carrier, you may also be asked to provide DOT#, MC#, CDL#, and insurance-related information.

    When you use Feloom’s services or interact with our emails, we and our trusted third-party partners (including ad networks, social media tools, and analytics providers) may collect certain data automatically using cookies, web beacons, and server logs.

Your information may also be used to fulfill legal obligations, protect vital interests (yours or the public’s), run and improve our business, or support other legitimate interests of Feloom.

Our databases are hosted in the United States on VPS Servers infrastructure. By using Feloom, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in the U.S. Our services are not intended for users under 18 years old.

  5. Data Storage and Retention

    Your personal data may be stored in any country where Feloom or its partners operate. We retain data only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Feloom does not use any on-premise servers — all systems are cloud-hosted.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To use Feloom's services, you must first create an account. During registration, you may be asked to provide personal details such as your name, company address, email address, and phone number. If you are a carrier, additional information like DOT#, MC#, CDL#, and insurance details may also be required. You may also choose to share optional data to personalize your experience. While sharing some information is voluntary, certain features of the service may only be accessible if specific details are provided—for example, to manage your preferences or enable essential service functions.

Despite these efforts, no online system is 100% secure — we encourage strong passwords and awareness of phishing attempts.

Using Feloom” - When you use Feloom, we collect the information you choose to share with us. This includes content you submit while interacting with others—such as reviews, comments, or messages you send via chat. Any personal information included in these interactions is collected as part of your use of the platform.

Payments” - To process payments on Feloom, you may need to provide financial details like your credit card or bank account information to our trusted third-party payment providers. Feloom does not store or collect this sensitive data. However, we may receive limited details about completed transactions (excluding any card or bank numbers) for confirmation and recordkeeping purposes.

Communicating with Feloom” - If you reach out to our support team or communicate with us via social media or other channels, we may collect the personal information you provide during these conversations.

Third-Party Sources” - Feloom may also receive information from third parties, including details about carriers—such as shipping records, insurance status, or licenses. If any of this data qualifies as personal information and is combined with information collected directly from you, it will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Location Information from Mobile Devices

When using the Feloom mobile apps, we may collect and store geolocation data from your device. For example, when carriers search for shipping opportunities or are actively transporting shipments through Feloom, we use location data to suggest jobs, update shipment statuses, and enhance the overall experience and functionality of the Service.

We may also collect geolocation data while the Feloom: Driver Companion app is running in the background, in particular when the carrier is handling a load. This data is not stored in the database, but is displayed in realtime mode. Only the driver's last location is stored in the database, before the driver turned off geolocation. This data is needed to automate processes, select loads and improve service.

You can disable location tracking at any time through the app or your device settings. However, please note that disabling location services may prevent you from accessing key platform features, including the ability to accept and complete delivery jobs.

By allowing location tracking on your mobile device, you consent to our use of location-based services. You also acknowledge and agree to release Feloom from any liability or claims arising from your use of these services or related geolocation functionalities.

Information and content from your device - The Service automatically collects information about your devices, such as a device identifier, so that we can provide and customize functionality such as push notifications. With your permission, the Service may access and collect information from your device's photo storage.

By using Feloom, you authorize us to collect, process, analyze, and retain data necessary to operate and improve our services. We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy—and for a commercially reasonable period afterward for backup, archival, fraud prevention, auditing, or to comply with legal obligations.
Please note that Feloom does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from web browsers. However, you can manage how tracking technologies, such as cookies, collect data by adjusting your browser or device settings.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We process your personal information with your consent or when it’s necessary to deliver Feloom’s services. Internal Use & Service Delivery

Feloom may contact you via phone, email, or push notifications (if enabled) for essential account verification, shipment updates, support communications, and service-related announcements.

No Unauthorized Sharing of Personal Information- Feloom does not rent, sell, or share your personal information with third parties or non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes—unless you’ve given us explicit permission to do so.

Information Visible to Other Users

Information and content you share on Feloom may be visible to other users as part of the platform’s functionality. For example, details may be shared between shippers and carriers to facilitate and complete shipments. In some cases, team members within the same company (shipper or carrier) may also see each other’s information.
Please note that Feloom is not responsible for how other users may view, use, or further share the information you choose to post or provide through the Service.
